![]() ![]() This game is definitely one of those where if you don't consult the wiki anytime you do something new, you are most likely screwed. I didn't know what to expect though so I loaded up on supplies like shovels and keys (WORTHLESS) pre-dungeon other than maxing the ones that actually helped like bandages(big mistake), RIP Gold! The damage I was getting from the Robe guys was also in the 20's since every 3rd one of their attacks ended up being a crit, where the other guys were hitting for around 12. I was still getting hit with attacks that dealt high 20's stress each turn, and within the first 4 battles I would say the Leper was already to 100 and afflicted. The healing is 33 lower than in champion, but stress damage isnt 33 lower. Its worth noting that stress healing is much worse in apprentice missions as compared to champion. They have some great anti-stress camp skills. PCs who can reduce stress help, as well as PCs with moves that naturally raise the torch light. If youre having stress issues, its one time where lepers arent that bad. I also stun any enemies who can stress your character quickly, like the Cultist Acolyte, Madman, and the Bone Courtier. ![]() I did the same last night, had no idea what to expect, and rolled in with a group of maxed lvl6 Occulist, Bounty, Helion, and Leper. I havent played too much yet, but buying torches and keeping the light level radiant keeps the PCs from stressing too much. There are some nasty stress dealers who can do some damage, but with a properly levelled party it's not unmanageable. ![]() Was expecting a stress fest but with a Crusader and Jester I cleared it with 0-10 stress per hero and nobody got above 60 in any fight.
